Agency Processes All Payments
Employers Must Remit All Child Support Withholdings to CSPC
The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) Office of Child Support developed Child Support Payment Central (CSPC) in response to federal legislation mandating the implementation and operation of a state disbursement unit for collecting and disbursing child support payments. Employers must remit all child support withholdings to CSPC for processing.

For information concerning billing procedures, please go to the CSPC Website. Employers are now able to submit withholding electronically. This not only saves time, money and paper, but also increases accuracy. Further information can be found here.

When mailing payments, send to:

Requirements with Payment
This information must accompany each payment:
  • Amount of payment
  • Correct amount matched to each order
  • Court order number
  • Employee name
  • Employee Social Security number
  • SETS case number (a 10-digit number that begins with a “7”)
