Field Staff (Payrate in early 2009)
Enumerator: $11.50- 16.50 per hour
Crew Leader: $12.25-18 per hour
Crew Leader Assistant: $10.75-16.50 per hour
Field Operations Supervisor: $13.75-19.50 per hour
