Par 3 Golf Challenge is an exciting new company serving the Miami Valley, Ohio area. Immediate openings in Springfield Ohio! Using a proven nationwide business model, Par 3 Golf Challenge has its focus set on donating $35,000 to Dayton Children’s Medical Center by the end of the 2012 golf season. This will be accomplished by establishing (each week) multiple Par 3 Challenge events at several golf courses throughout the Miami Valley. As a fundraiser, tickets are sold to golfers during each event for a chance to win great prizes. Paid weekly to work in a fun environment!
Scope and Responsibilities for Hole Monitor:
· Work 2 to 4 assigned events at area golf courses, per week. Must be flexible to work weekends
· Give golfers a VERY brief explanation of program, and offer the challenge
· Sell tickets, monitor hole challenge, confirm winners, reporting
· Be responsible for all cash received, turning in all sold ticket stubs, maintaining inventory
· Must meet with area sales manager at end of each work week
· Must have own cell phone for winner notifications
Experience/Skill Sets/Intangibles Required:
· Knowledge of golf is preferred
· High School Diploma/GED
· Must be out-going, friendly, professional in appearance and respectful
· Must observe all golf course rules and golf etiquette
· Must be reliable
· Company will conduct background check and pre-employment drug screen
