Tearing Down Walls Through Quality Family Time.

Meet the Hannah-Howard family. They have been participating in Project Jericho activities since April of 2009. Project Jericho is a collaborative partnership between Job and Family Services of Clark County and Clark State Community College Performing Arts Center. The program provides quality programming for families and children that relate to the arts.

For the Hannah-Howard family, Project Jericho’s impact has been incredible by providing quality family time together, thus helping them bond into a stronger family unit. Each project has helped them identify and overcome a wide variety of issues, while at the same time giving them a sense of pride once the projects are completed.

The family views Project Jericho as a positive way to express themselves. Rather than building walls they are tearing them down.

The children have come out of their shells since being involved with this program, and the family has learned to help each other out. According to the Hannah-Howard family, there should be more programs like this one, which has made a tremendous impact on their family.
