How to get help with child care expenses

To help determine whether you qualify for child care assistance, call one of our child care eligibility specialists at 937-327-1700 for more information.

Assistance also is available on a limited walk-in basis at the Workplus Center, building A, 1345 Lagonda Ave., Springfield.

To qualify, families must:
• Be employed or enrolled in a training or educational program
• Meet family size and gross monthly income guidelines

Qualifying families pay a portion of child care expenses, based on income and family size. They may use only certified child care providers or centers under contract with Job & Family Services of Clark County. Becoming a certified provider is a simple process. Often families continue with their existing provider once the provider becomes certified.

For a listing of certified providers call 4C for Children at (937) 220-9660 or (800) 256-1296.
