November 2007 Update

In August 2007, as part of Child Support Awareness Month, Clark County CSEA engaged in a special outreach to clients who had had their licenses revoked.

The 389 cases on which driver’s licenses have been suspended were reviewed. Many of the obligors were sent letters offering license reinstatement if one month’s support was paid. There were 16 obligors who paid a total of $1,529.51 to get licenses reinstated. In the three months since the program began, these 16 obligors have paid an additional $5,552.16 on their support cases.
