Two options available

Payments can be received through debit card or direct deposit

When your child support is approved you have the option of receiving payments through an e-QuickPaySMDebit MasterCard® or by direct deposit into a checking or savings account.

The e-QuickPay card works like a regular debit card. For information, go to www.E-QuickPay.com.

Expiring cards

The Ohio E-Quick Pay Card has a “Valid Thru” date. To ensure you receive a new card, please make sure your address is current with Child Support Services of Clark County. You should receive your renewal card in the first part of the month your card is due to expire.

Requesting information

Either party in a child support order may request an audit or verify balances and payments by contacting Child Support Services of Clark County at (937) 327-1700.
