Child support payment process now centralized
In response to a federal mandate requiring states to operate centralized child support collection and disbursement operations, local Child Support Enforcement Agencies no longer collect and disburse child support, other than accepting infrequent over-the-counter payments. Ohio’s Child Support Payment Central (CSPC) now manages the collection and disbursement functions.
