Program provides short-term assistance
The Transportation Program assists qualifying residents of Clark County with transportation necessary for work-related activities or medical appointments.
The program provides bus tickets, gas cards and point-to-point transportation through a van service. All transportation services require a 5 business day notice. For more information please call 937-327-1710.
Medical transportation services:
- Are limited to persons approved for Medicaid
- Are limited to appointments for a Medicaid-covered service
Work-related transportation services:
- Are subject to financial guidelines
- Might include a fee
