Fiscal reports available for review

Job & Family Services of Clark County (JFSCC) receives federal, state and local funding. Strict expenditure and reporting requirements are followed to ensure the responsible use of public funds. The Board of Clark County Commissioners oversee JFSCC operations and appropriate the funding for each fiscal year.

JFSCC works closely with the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services to account for program funding that is received through federal and state sources.

For public review, included is a directory of fiscal reports for the past several years.

The reports are organized under “budget” and “actual” headings. The “budget” section includes each calendar year’s operating budget for revenue and expenditures as submitted and approved by the Board of Commissioners. Reports under the “actual” heading are detailed accounts of revenue and expenditures for each of the respective areas.

The following is an explanation of the revenue and expenditure reports:

  • FCS Revenue and Expenditure reports represent the receipt and expenditure of money in the Children Services Fund. This includes revenue from the local Children Services Levy.
  • CCJFS Revenue and Expenditure reports represent the receipt and expenditure of funds to operate the Department of Job and Family Services. This represents the department’s major budget and covers most programs.
  • CSEA Revenue and Expenditure reports represent the receipt and expenditure of funds to operate our Child Support Services Department.
  • WD Revenue and Expenditure reports represent the receipt and expenditure of funds to operate Workforce Development activities through the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) program.
