Surveys critical to our improvement process
Job and Family Services of Clark County conducts customer satisfaction surveys in an ongoing effort to become more responsive to the needs of the people we serve. The surveys are an integral part of the department’s continuous improvement process.
As a neutral party, Information & Referral of United Way administers the surveys. Information is collected on site at the conclusion of an agency visit or through telephone interviews after services are provided.
