Lynne,
I thought you made an outstanding contribution at this morning's meeting with our foster care providers. First of all, you were very well prepared for your presentation on Guidelines for Monthly Reports. You explained the reasoning behind each item in the report. You were open and candid about weaknesses within our own agency. You were open to suggestions made by the providers. You demonstrated that we wanted to be responsive to their needs and concerns. You made yourself accessible and accountable to the providers and urged them to contact you when needed. Finally, you were clear and articulate in your presentation.
In short, you represented our agency in a most professional manner.
