The administrative team at Job and Family Services (JFS) of Clark County directs the agency’s human resources, fiscal, technology and facility management functions as well as the delivery of services throughout the agency’s four divisions—BenefitsPlus, Child Support Services, Family and Children Services and WorkPlus.

All offices are housed on the Lagonda Avenue campus which is located at 1345 Lagonda Avenue, Springfield, Ohio 45503. Job and Family Services operates under the guidance of the Clark County Board of Commissioners, the Family Services Planning Council and the WorkPlus Board in order meet the service needs of our customers and community.
