Making Child Support Payments

Hours: Vestibule will be open Monday-Friday from 9:00am-3:00pm to drop off paperwork and money order/check payments. Please make sure you have your case number and/or social security number on the money order or check. There is a drop box outside of the door where checks and money orders can be dropped off when the vestibule is not open.

You can make payments through MoneyGram to the Child Support Enforcement Agency, located at participating Walmarts, CVS pharmacies, and Advance America Cash Advances. For other locations please use https://moneygram.com. There is a fee of $3.99. Please allow forty-eight (48) hours for the payment to be received by Ohio CSPC. Either party in a child support case may verify balances and payments by contacting the CSEA at 937-327-1700 to request an audit or payment history.
Both parties are also able to log into the Ohio Child Support Enforcement Agency web portal can request payment histories, make payments, obtain forms, and send forms to the agency. The web portal is located at https://custservworkerportal.jfs.ohio.gov/login.jsf
